This form of Wiga Wagaa Chilli is probably the most ubiquitous if you like oil based accompaniments. It will compliment just about any food you want to enhance its flavour and give a kick to! I have had friends ask me for Wiga Wagaa chilli paste time and time again!

So what can you do with Wiga Wagaa Chilli Paste?

In Salads

Put a couple of teaspoons into your salad, mix well and serve.

You may need to add more Wiga Wagaa chilli paste depending on the amount of salad you are preparing. (see photos)

In Mayonnaise

Put a couple of teaspoons into 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise, mix thoroughly.

You may need to add more Wiga Wagaa chilli paste or mayonnaise depending on how hot you want it.

Use this as a dip for your nibbles e.g. breadsticks, carrots, corn chips, cucumber and celery or, as a spread on your mayonnaise sandwich if you like your sandwich hot. (see photos)

Wiga Wagaa Chilli Beans on Toast

Simply add a tablespoon of Wiga Wagaa chilli paste to the content of a tin of beans in a pot and heat to your desired temperature. Serve on your toast.

Smell and taste the difference to your normal beans on toast!
